Marlboro Dental Care

The office staff is horribly rude and inconsiterate of patient's needs and feelings. They are idiodic and have stupid "practices". They made 2 very serious mistakes that have made me choose a different dentist in the area. When I made appointments for my family, they said that they accept our insurance (BC/BS) and when I arrived, and after they had my daughter in the chair and the cleaning under way, they said that there was a mistake & they didn't accept that insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket, which is ridiculous since we each get 2 free cleanings a year. Granted, I should have called BC/BS to check, but who says that they accept an insurance company & then doesn't? Secondly, they canceled my husband's appointment that I made 2 months in advance without notification so when he arrived for his appointment, they said they didn't have room & could instead make an appointment 2 months later.

I have since found a dentist in Westborough who is excellent. A little farther drive, but great doctor and great staff.
