        I am a long term customer at D...

        I am a long term customer at Dance & Fight, and I have never experienced anything but great, professional service from all members of the staff. The only two people who have anything to do with membership are women, so I'm not sure who the rude guy is. They have a 30 day notification policy for canceling or freezing your membership, which is more than reasonable. The small intimate setting allows the owners to provide a very welcoming atmosphere, and they are truly dedicated to enhancing each person's fitness goals, regardless of their level: they are certainly NOT about extorting money.

        Dance is good, but please be ware of owners. They just try to extort money.

        They have 30 day notice and WILL charge you even if you dont want to continue.

        That guy is also very rude and always hungry for money. Very bad service.

        We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We are confused about the rude man you referred to since we only have women employed in our customer service in charge of all cancelations. We have a cancellation policy that requires a 30 day notice (explained to all individuals prior to registering for classes) but if you are disatisfied with your experience we invite and encourage you to come speak to me, the owner, directly.
