Outstanding!!

Let me start with, it took one emergency phone call and instead of going home for the day which was time, they came to the rescue! Shows a lot!

Chris and his associate came in and got right to it. Within 20 minutes taking everything apart, they had a full diagnoses and options on what to do with the system. Other than providing me great feedback on how to service it on my own and coming so quickly, they are so fair with pricing.

Just to mention, I don’t want to make this review about “Nicholson Plumbing” who I had come out two weeks prior. They sent me a salesman who only looked at the system without taking any tools out of his pocket and provided me with two absurd quotes on replacing/repair. Big name companies such as them just don’t care as much anymore. Not sure how they got so big, might want to go back to doing things the way they used to when they first started.

I know who I’ll be recommending and calling next time I need help with my HVAC system!
