Southeast Vacuum

I just had the most pleasant experience at Southeast Vacuum. I have an Oreck upright, and called the Oreck store in Buckhead to make sure they were open for me to bring my vacuum in for servicing. I was told they had a 2-week turnaround time, and that the Manager or sales person would need to do the servicing because the service tech quit right before Christmas. So I looked for other service providers and chose this one. Lexi took apart my vacuum cleaner on the spot, saw that it had a broken belt, replaced it, and the charge was $3.17. Unbelievable!!! Lexi was the most customer-service oriented person I have run into in a long time. I was on my way with a working vacuum in about 15 minutes. I will be going there from now on.
