It's the little things in life that make the biggest impressions. I was in a hurry looking for a hard-to-find small tubing. I walked in and he found it, said it was just a scrap piece and gave it to me. Granted it was a low cost item, but the point is that few in life go the extra step to please their customers. This was my first time there, but it will not be the last. A free 2.00 item got them a continual customer with much greater needs.
