Pro Carpet

Wow, I guess I should have read the more recent reviews on this one...



I purchased the 5 room / 1 hallway Groupon - total time spent by technician on these rooms was 10 minutes (less than 2 minutes a room, counting the hallway - I asked the technician about this and he said that he still had 8 more jobs to do today, like it was a race).



Now, it is probably partially my fault, because I didn't go with the $200+ up-sell - and I understand that that is all part of the process, but at this time I didn't have the money -and the thing about it is when I am ready for the whole carpet cleaning experience, it will not be with pro carpet.



So, I will chalk it up to "I got what I paid for", but actually, I probably got a little less...

Our price ("special" for $80) somehow went up to $350.00 ......That's when I thanked them for coming, then promptly showed them to the door !!!!

I was able to take advantage of a great offer from Pro Carpet. I'm glad I did, the floors in our home look great at a great price. Our tech was very profesional and did a great job. I look forward to future business with Pro Carpet.

Great job from the techinician that came to our house. Cleaned up a lot of pet stains we had throughout the house, and they're virtually gone now. He was quick and courteous. Great job overall.

This company is shady. The technician was slow, the work was sloppy, and the front office personnel are very rude. I should have listened to the other review. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Save your money and time!! You get what you pay for...

Had a wine spill at my apartment a week ago, and called Pro Carpet to get the stain out - they did excellent work. Tech showed up on time and was very fast. Price was reasonable, too. Thanks

This place is horrible! The technician NEVER showed up and the office tried to contact him twice. I spent the majority of my Saturday waiting on this idiot and he didn't even have the common courtesy to answer the phone. The lady at the office was very cavalier about the whole situation and acted as if there was nothing she could do. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY unless you have the time to wait around on NOTHING to happen!! Now am I not only out an entire Saturday that was wasted, I couldn't even get my carpet cleaned! They SUCK!! DO NOT use this place. Pay more money for a company that will at the very least show up!! If I could give them a/4 of a star I would have. They don't even deserve the one star rating!

In the past we have used Stanley Steemer with great results! I have heard several commericals on the radio regarding pro carpet. Forget it!

They came out 2 hours past the scheduled time..

The tech talked on his phone the entire time he was cleaning my carpet

I was quoted on price on the phone..when he got here the price was almost double

and then he said in order to really clena it he would have to use an $80 treatment.

I called today to complain and she said they only gurantee it when you spend the extra $80..WHAT?!

Anyway..unless you are prepared to spend double the quote on their website (and then who even knows)..

you can get your carpet just as clean with your home steam cleaner.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

Don't listen to what they said, just look at what they wrote. It is very unprofessional service. DON'T let they have a chance to riff you off. DON'T ever give your money to them before receiving a service. DON'T sign any paper or contract before receiving the service. BAD JOB OF BIG MONEY, I don't think so. I would not recommended anyone to use them, but I you do, BE CAREFUL !!! MUST BE CAUTIONED !!! DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THEIR BAD BUSINESS. BAD REPRESENTATION. HORRIBLE JOB. WATCH OUT
