Five Star business! Mason and company are the best! They repaired and cleaned a couple of antique rugs for us and did an amazing job! I did not know it was even possible to repair rugs in such bad condition! Have used them to clean and make pads for some of our other rugs, too! Just the best customer service! I brought my 9X12 hand woven wool rug that was 30 years old that had been through 3 homes, the last of which was a home with a large dog. Needless to say the rug had been stained over and over with urine. It got to the point where I could not get the smell out, so I put it in storage for almost four years (uncleaned).



I took it to Mason at Persian Oriental Rugs on Johnson Ferry because I drive by it daily and figured that I would give him a chance. No recommendations from friends like I would normally require.



Mason said that he could clean it "like new". With much skepticism, I left the rug with Mason. He said give him 5 days. I gave him 5 days and came back to pick it up after he called to let me know that it was ready.



AMAZING! All of the stains were out. It was soft again. It smelled like a wool rug is supposed to smell. I even discovered that the fringe had silver streaks in it that I had never seen before. Remarkable what a clean rug can show.



I can't say enough about the job he did. Cleaning it over and over again to get it clean and looking right. I definitely recommend his services.



Oh and he was competitively priced as well.
