Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers

Beware of Sellars Goodyear at 2950 Johnsons Ferry Road (near the Walmart). I went to this Goodyear for 2 new tires. They called with $600 more they said needed to be fixed. I was told by Bob at this Goodyear that my car had been tested and that these repairs were necessary. I brought my car to another place for a second opinion and nothing they recommended was needed. When I called today to complain they stated they were just things the recommend based on the miles on my car. I saved $600 by being smart and will never go back to this dishonest place. BEWARE

This is the best experience I've ever had a repair shop. I went in to receive a free oil change from a mailer they sent out and decided to get the motor in my power window replaced. They completed the task in a timely fashion and were very courteous. The following week the same power window would not work. I called and was able to get in to see them the same day. They immediately looked at and assessed that the part they installed was no good. They quoted me a time of 45 minutes to an hour just for the part to arrive and then install. My vehicle was actually ready to go exactly one hour from the time they explained the problem to me. Excellent service. I will always call them first for any auto related work. Oh, I almost forgot, they sent a very nice 'thank you' card after the first repair. Good customer service goes a long way in my book.
