My male friend gave me the referral to EIS over 6 months ago, he no longer services with EIS. I decided to contact them when my service light came on. I own a 2008 BMW 328i. I've been going to United BMW and loved the service but cost was high for me. So I decided to use EIS. What a mistake I've made! I took my car in last week for "80K Service" as written on the receipt from EIS eventhough there's no such thing per United BMW dealer. Upon work completion, I received a call from Kelly (the owner) that my totals were $350 for labor, oil change, air and cabin filter and diagnostic scope. She then pursued to tell me my car needs other work. At least three things needed to be done, each totaled around $350-$400. During that moment, I realized they were not honest people and wanted to make more money from me especially from a female to another female. The next day, my car engine didn't start and I had my car jumped in order to drive home after work. Then the following day, my car engine didn't start again. I called EIS and spoke to Mary (has been working there for only 4 months). This time it was very difficult to reach Kelly (the owner). Kelly gave me the run around and said the fault codes indicated there was battery exhaustion. I was concerned and asked her why it wasn't mentioned before since I paid for the full service including diagnostic check? Why would you let me drive off the lot when you knew the fault codes indicated battery exhaustion? Not even a discussion about battery fault codes was brought to my attention when I picked up my car.



Oh, they bribe you for a free oil change if you write a good five star rating. Must bring proof!

I can't express my appreciation with how Kelly and her team do business... Honesty and integrity is the foundation of this business. I am a woman who is 100% confident with taking my car to EIS. I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of with unwarranted repairs or astronomical prices. The staff is very thorough and will tell you what needs to be done asap and what can be taken car off in the future. It is really nice to have a place that you can trust and know that you are getting quality work done on a higher end car with reasonable prices. I continue to patronize EIS because I am never disappointed and the piece of mind is PRICELESS.

Exceptional, this definitely fits the service that Kelly and her team provide at European Imports. I was referred to her shop, and have been so very pleased. Kelly has the best customer service I have yet to experience and is more than happy and willing to make sure that all of your needs are met and satisfied. She was there and patient when I had questions and helped me out with all of my concerns regarding my 325. I have a little boy who was so equally as satisfied as we waited for an oil change, cartoons with massage seating and a few nibbles of candy and we were all set! For all individuals that have the opportunity to go to her, I would HIGHLY suggest it! She is amazing and her team is equally as efficient!
