FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! When I called they told me $60.00 pick up fee, $2.50 a mile and 5% fuel charge. Once they had my car on their tow truck they TELL ME A DIFFERENT PRICE AND TOOK MY CAR TO A DEALERSHIP DOUBLE THE DISTANCE SO THEY COULD CHARGE MORE!!!! Once my car was on his tow truck he says its $125.00 pick up fee and I was at first trying to be civil with the guy but then he got NASTY and RUDE to me and started RAISING HIS VOICE. If that was it I could possibly understand there was some type of error but NO. The tow truck driver has me help him move the levers on the tow truck to get my Acura TL on the truck, and last but not least which made ME BOIL is MARIETTA WRECKER TOOK MY CAR TO THE WRONG DEALERSHIP WHICH WAS DOUBLE IF NOT TRIPPLE THE DISTANCE SO THEY COULD CHARGE MORE!!!!!!!!. I spoke with a manager there and he wanted to SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE WITH ME????? Which he still HAS NOT!!!!



My Desired Resolution:

Not only do I want a refund for YOUR FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD, I want a complete refund for your RUDE EMPLOYEE INTIMITATING ME, AND CUSTOMER NO SERVICE/FRAUD!!! For you to correct this mistake so NO ONE in the future gets TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! The Tow Date was 09-07-2013 and the location was Kennesaw, Ga. Do the right thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
