Condee Cooling & Electric, Inc.

I called Condee twice to get a salesman to come to my home in Veronawalk. I wanted to replace my current Lennox air conditioner since it was over ten years old and losing 410 A. I left a message for the person the secretary directed my call to and his name was Dan. I waited several days for a return call that I did not receive so I called again to no avail. I then called two other contractors and both came to my home for home examination and then a price. I now have a new conditioner that I really like. My wife said not to be too critical of Condee because maybe they don't install air conditioners off the island.

I was just calling to ask for a technician to do look at our AC unit. The lady that answered sounded very annoyed that I was asking questions. So I said that, don't worry about it, it does not sound like a good company.

I was stuck with just a phone number and very little information. I called and to my relief was greated with a pleasent and extreamly helpful voice. Not only was i able to get the new equipment that i needed i was also pleasantly suprised to findout that i had a warranty. none of this would have been possible if not for the helpful service that condee cooling provides!

I had Condee out to my home on Marco Island and they had said (after a $200 service call) that the whole system needed to be replaced and all the freeon had leaked out!

The next day I got a second opinion, and I was shocked!! The truthful new A/C tech had said there were no leaks at all in the system, although it is old. What was happening was that the programable thermostat was switching to 85 degrees in the middle of the night, and that is all the problem was. We programed the thermostat and bam!! it works fine.

Do I have to give these guys one star? They owe me stars
