Paradise Pools

We spent over $60,000 with this pool company. They took our money and disappeared. We have tried to call them numerous times to fix things and no call back. We had them install an in ground pool in 2010. Now 5 years later we have to remove the concrete because it's falling apart, the sides of the pool are bowing in and the auto cover keeps breaking and detaching from the concrete. We also found out that underground lines are leaking and the box that the auto cover was made out of wood instead of vinyl. Do yourself and your wallet. RUNAWAY AND DONT CALL THIS PEOPLE. UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!!!!

I have been very disappointed with paradise pools. We had a liner put in two years ago. It was uneven and there were spots that were not smoothed out. Fast forward to now, oyr liner has ripped over the winter. I have been calling for over a week now, no one answers the phone! I have left messages and no one returns my call! Customer service us seriously lacking!
