Venetian Furniture

My experience with them was disappointing to say the least. Customer service is very bad. Lady in-charge is rude and has no problem selling defective piece of furniture. I will never buy furniture from them and will never recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a couch and I am very happy the customer service was good I like the fact I was able to customize and design my own couch The buttons did come off my couch and it was hard to get them from the store so I eventually took them off

Horrible service with a young asian guy. Very pushy, u can tell he was more worried about his sale than customer satisfaction. Asked if he can get me a better deal from a competitor and was only able to match and not beat it. I told him i was gna look around, he got mad and told me i wasted his time. He made remarks about me to his coworkers in front of me. Very horrible service, overly priced, will never do business with them.

This is a very nice place, but the Sales Associates seem to change weekly!!

Great place to get all of your Furniture needs. Prices are very good and the sales people are nice. I went there expecting a typical furniture store and was very impressed with the quality and selection. Big thumbs UP!!

I bought here bedroom set. It was gift for parents and i had not much time to search for other places so went to closest to their house store . I was surprised with price and speed of delivery, so i would recommend this store for my friends.

I had an EXCELLENT buying experience at Venetian Furniture Store on Sunday. If you go, you should work with Anthony. He is very knowledgeable attentive and also gives you space to shop and look. He was wonderful to work with and in turn after 5 visits there, I left with purchase. I highly recommend this store. From choosing a piece that is right for me to walking out the door with the receipt it was all a good experience for us. The delivery charge was negotiable for me.

We shop at many places prior to stop by at Venetian Furniture, a friend of mine at work told us this place. It is beautiful and prices are good compare to many other store we have shopped before buying our bedroom. After 2 hours shop here, I admire the way they decorate their store, gorgeous entrance. We end up bought a king bedroom and pick up same day. Nice store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. The Sales People are generally nice and helpful. Their Administration however, HORRIBLE. I personally was called rude and I was also called an A**hole. All because I did not agree with their delivery charge. And then changed my mind about ordering furniture, which by the way was not in stock and was going to take 4-6 weeks to get. They did not like the fact that I did not use "their" financing or "their" extended warranty. And then after having already purchased a $300 wall painting they would not let me leave the store with it and forced me to refund it. This is a company that clearly will not make it here. Buyers Beware!

I love this place, finally we have a nice furniture store in town. Me and My wife keep waiting until they finally open. We come in and purchase our full house of furniture. Thanks to Edward, You are very helpful. If any of you have not visit this place, you should come and check it out. Unbelievable beautiful.

I would never shop here again! After waiting over 7 weeks for my product they delivered it with scratches, chips and dings all over it. After contacting their manager about the issue she told me it would be another 5+ weeks before I could exchange it out. When i tried returning my item the very next day after it was delivered they refused to give me a full refund! Worst customer service I have ever received!
