This hospital has the rudest ER nurses I've ever come across!!! . They are disrespectful especially to the elderly. They sit around and gossip about the patients there,THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!

I went to this ER on a Friday night around 8:00 pm with abdominal pain. Was called back about 10 minutes after arrival. All of the people that I met were very friendly and professional. Was diagnosed with a kidney stone and treated and released within a couple of hours. A+ experience. Would recommend and will return if I ever need an ER again.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, hospital! This hospital left my older mom in the winter months, in a room with no heating, a freezing room. Paying for a private room and the nurse leaving her room DOOR wide open to see if she could get heat from the hall-way. They bathed her with freezing water, after they had never bathed her or given her any kind of wipe down. She was there for a number of days. Never changed her bloody sheets or bloody gown. Left her in the same bloody gown and same bloody sheets for days. We would ask to get them changed and it would never happen. Asked to speak to supervisors. They all have the don't care attitude. They are all rude and don't want to help the patient or the families. Gave my mom doctors not in her insurance network! (even though they knew what her insurance was) Wanted her to pay for their mistakes. She got pneumonia, after all the cold situations the hospital put her in! My mother told the doctor when they were telling her to check out of the hospital; telling them she was still sick. They sent her home sick. Only for her to have to return and be left waiting for an available room/bed. This hospital gets patient in and out asap and still ill, to get another patient in and make money. My mom's medical paper work from awful previous visits and current visit, giving her diagnosis that did not match her illnesses or her medical history. Diagnosis with illnesses that she never had. Sent her home with gangrene! That is what it said on her discharge papers. Took her to her primary doctor, doctor says that is ridiculous and that she did not have gangrene! I wrote to the head of the hospital and never got a reply, I spoke with the person that is at this hospital and is the one that will help you. She has basically called us liars on all of it. This hospital is building on and making it bigger! Wow! We will never come to this hospital again and will tell people to be careful! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE! Awful Place! I gave it one star cause it won't let me give nothing at all. This hospital deserves no star at all! (my mom has been at this hospital numerous times. All negative! I don't like to add negative on any business. I like to give them a chance to fix what they did wrong. However I have given them months since I wrote our letters. Only to be ignored by the man in charge and to get a letter back today, telling us that we are basically liars and that they are perfect. So they aren't going to try and fix any of their mistakes. Which is sad, since this is a place that should be helping people. My mom went to this hospital because she is older and one of my sister's lives right around the corner and we felt that she could keep an eye on my mom 24/7. Now we have one of my sister's living with my mom 24/7 and will never bring her or anyone to this hospital again. I just don't want this to happen to anyone that has never been to this hospital.

their ER service is despicable. absolutely disgusting. the nurses are rude. and they take FOREVER to get you triaged. I have had serveral HORRIBLE incidents at this hospital, and I refuse to recommend them to anyone. they don't know how to manage time. and regardless of your injury, unless you come by ambulance, you WILL sit in the waiting room for a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half. they're a building full of people who are SUPPOSED to care about your health, but they don't. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone, EVER.

I have been to the ER twice at this hospital and both times I have waited over 6 hours just for a doctor to see me. They saw that I was in pain both times and not once did they offer any pain relief, not even tylenol. The staff seems very annoyed by the number of people there and even a nurse was very rude and sarcastic once I made it to the back. I will drive to Arlington to avoid this place.

My wife took my son Joshua to the er for blood in his urine. This was around midnight. The only thing that the night doctor did was to check his breathing, pulse, and temp. The stupid doctor never actual examined my son for the problem they went there for, he was busy Bs'ing with staff to do his job. Later that morning before school, he was crying and could hardly stand up straight. I took him back, and finally a er doctor did tests to prove that he had some type of blader infection....These people are like the ones in Mtehodist Dallas Medical Center...All chiefs and no indians.....Robert Swanner 214-399-6025
