Dollar General Market

i sined up for digital coupons last night went there today and the guy said it wouldnt go trew but on my side register it said it did so he wouldnt give me any of the discounts .so i wont ever go back again

I am very upset about how the employees treated me and how the handled my situation. I am a couponer. I know a lot, I know couponing policies, reading the fine print, and I make sure to double check my stuff before heading to the register. I had 3 wax melts and 2 glade candles. I used 3 coupons. The first one was 1$ off 2 glade candles. The next two were 75cents off one glade product and 1.50 off two glade products. The fine print said excludes glade plugins scented oil warmer, solid air freshener, and 8oz room spray. On this coupon was a picture of a candle. The employee got her manager and she proceeded to argue with me that I couldn't use this coupon because there is a picture of a candle on it. I read the print to them and they still insisted it could only be used for a candle. I am disappointed that I was not be able to get the deal I wanted. I took my coupons and walked out. I work in fast food as a manager and I would never be so ignorant. Excpecially when it came to seeing the customers side of things. Never go there. I'd rather drive extra and hit up Loudonville dollar general or Walmart. At least I get treated with respect there.

I was shopping in there one day, I went back to use the restroom. I found NO door on the handicap stall, on my way back out I saw a big glob of human manure right up on the seat, I complained to one of the workers and she showed absolutely no concern over it! Honestly I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it weren't a required field and certainly would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone!
