        I frantically returned to Shaw's on Christmas Eve, believing I had left behind some items I had purchased about 3 hours earlier. Steve the manager not only replaced the items, but his calm, reassuring manner and his willingness to take the blame ("They were probably put in the order after yours") eased both my embarrassment and my anxiety. He even gave me a little Christmas tree! You know what happened next: I returned home, only to find the bag with my original purchase sitting on the dining room table. So I went back to Shaw's once more to return the items Steve gave me. This man deserves a raise! His customer service is excellent; he went above and beyond the call of duty! I will continue to shop at Shaw's because of Steve.
