Lormar Suites

I lived in here for about 2 years, going into it we told the landlord we'd eventually look for a house and at the beginning she was fine with that and we paid month to month. Well it came time and we found a house. Instead of being professional Reva seemed irritated that we gave a month in a half notice... Mostly due to she didn't want to find another renter. When it came to moving day we deep cleaned as much as we could, and her attitude at the beginning of walk through was unprofessional and you could tell it didn't matter if we had a professional cleaning crew in there she was looking for any excuse to deduct from our deposits. Yes I admit the windows were not perfect and the oven wasn't deep clean (though it wasn't horrible) but considering that's all she had to complain about there was no need to unpleasant. We were pretty good tenants, we didn't party or make a fuss when it took over a year for a huge pot hole to get filled in or when it took 3 months to remove a tree limb from the property or when it took over three weeks for someone to come clean the hallways... I would not recommend this place to anyone mostly because of the how the establishment is ran and took care of. They are good at getting you in there but when the time comes to move on in life they make it a miserable experience!
