Vista Drive In

DISRESPECTFUL. My husband decided to try them out and spent $8 on a mediocre meal in the drive through. He received a cup with FIVE fries in it as part of that meal, so he parked and went inside to check and see if this was a mistake. The girl at the counter told him he must have "ate a handful of them and came in trying to get free fries." He explained that he JUST left the drive through window a minute prior, parked, and came inside and he wasn't trying to get free fries. She refused to believe him and said that she couldn't get him anymore fries, so he left the whole cup with his five fries on the counter, left, and went to McDonald's to get a better tasting meal for less money that would actually feed him. I'm not sure Vista will be around another few decades if their employees don't learn how to treat their customers with respect AND give them what they pay for. Won't recommend, won't eat at again, and will tell everyone we meet to avoid this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where should I start? The restrooms were so disgusting, you could have caught a disease in there. The bacon I ordered on my hamburger was not cooked, their prices are too high for the little food they give you. I could have got a happy meal at McDonalds and ended up with a bigger hamburger and not paid $7 for it. The food wasn't even good, the fries were so disgusting the baby (9months old) wouldn't even eat them. When letting the manager know the restrooms were dirty, she looked us up and down and gave us a dirty look like it was our fault they had disgusting restrooms. Now I can see why they sell hand sanitizer at the front counter. Trying to find a clean table to sit at was a hassle as well. Nasty food, nasty restrooms, poor customer service. This was my first and last time ever stepping foot in this place.
