        I came in with beautiful hair and left wither over-processed hair that was quite damaged and did not look like what I had requested. I was given my money back and the manager was kind and tried to fix the original mistakes but now I am left with a mess that will have to wait to correct as my hair can't take much more and 9 hours of my life that I can't get back that were spent in sheer frustration.
