Dear Light It Up "professional" DJ service,



My newly married husband and I have been trying to reach you(Light It Up DJ service) for the past FOUR weeks. We'd like to tell you all about our wedding and ask a few questions about the "DJ service" we received. We weren't exactly impressed with Light It Up DJ services and would like to know where it all went wrong? After we met with you(owner of Light It Up DJ services) it seemed like we had it all figured out. We felt pretty confident we were going to have an excellent DJ working our wedding...well, cause you told us we would. The DJ was one of my husband's biggest concerns but obviously this was not taken seriously. Is this the type of business that Light It Up "professional" DJ service runs?



- The DJ showed up late.

- The only bit of information about our wedding he had was a forwarded email that I had sent you after our meeting.

- He didn't have all our requested songs - especially the Father/Daughter song....REALLY

- He RUINED the Anniversary Dance because he didn't know what it was.

- He had no itinerary of the event. All the stuff we met personally about with you, Light It Up DJ service Owner, was not shared with him.Any explanation and refund of money would be acceptable for the services we did not receive. Had I known that getting $50 off the initial fee would have given me such poor service, I would have paid $500 for a child to press play on an iPOD.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL DJ SERVICE, DO NOT USE LIGHT IT UP PROFESSIONAL DJ....YOU WILL GET ROBBED....They don't deserve a star

Wish I would have seen the review below before my special day. I was lied to, ignored and then was accused of lying to him regarding an add-on service. I only received my refund after NUMEROUS attempts to contact the owner and finally had to utilize certified mail. He set up a meeting with me before the ceremony (I used his wife as a photographer) and when I was there to meet him he hid in the basement of his home and had his wife "answer" my questions. What I really needed was some direction and information about how the night would flow, but I didn't get that. Also played songs that were on my "DO NOT PLAY" list and had a huge attitude. To make matters worse he ended up being my photographer because his wife was "not feeling well" or something and had the same attitude with that. Professionalism, honesty and puntcuality are not in his vocabulary. Spend the money elsewhere, used to think Complete Music was a waste and looking back I would have paid an extra $500 to have them!!!

Do not use this DJ. Was not set up when I was ready to walk down the isle at my wedding, my guests waited 45 minutes in the heat while he unloaded his van and then was not set up at our reception when we arrived. Didn't have our first dance song and didn't announce anything throughout the evening. I never knew how much the flow of a wedding day depends on the DJ. The owner would not return our calls and I honestly didn't even know if he was going to show up.
