Hunt Brothers Pizza

I have never had a rude encounter at this place and delivery always gets it to my house hot! Reading the case of Pizza Hut Bandaids has definitely ensured I won't go there ever! I'll take rude over Bandaids pizza anyway!

as i agree with Jenn2126 about her experience... she shouldnt have been treated so wrongly... but pizza hut behide walmart in manhattan ks was much more rudely... i had order a large pizza for delivery... when i got it, I started to eat it.... and to my supprise i fonud a band-aid... i called them right away and was polite as i could be... cause for all i knew i could have caught AIDS... and i explained to the manager in charge what had happened... she asked me what color it was... i said a regular bage color... she said i must have been lying and was trying to get free food cause they are required to wear blue bands... and she said she had asked everyone if they were wearing a band aid and all answers were no.... (my thought is if i knew i was required to wear blue band aids and wasnt and the band aid i was wearing was found in a customers food i wouldnt have fessed up to it either)... but my experience with pizza shuttle has me still calling in for more pizza... hopefully i dont get AIDS..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! As I have been a manager for a successful small retail business for 10 years, when I went into Pizza Shuttle at 12:00am or Thursday 6/25/2009 night, I left EXTREMELY disappointed. As some of my friends were having a college reunion that night, some of us had just a little to much to drink, and we were acting silly (Which is what people do in Manhattan). Well, one of the employees were giving us the meanest looks and even told my friend when she asked why they were being mad, "I just don't appreciate people yelling in my ear!," in a very rude tone, all because my friend got excited to order her meal. I don't care what kind of business this is and what kind of customer they are dealing with, a worker should NEVER treat a customer so rudely. I even told the little blond girl, how she should NEVER treat any customers so rudely, from which we finally we received some respect. For a business who caters to drinking college students, and has many commercials and newspaper articles about how Pizza Shuttle enhances the college party atmosphere, your employees should never treat someone differently just because they have alcohol in them. NEXT: The business closed at 1:00, and three minutes till a guy tells us "You have to leave NOW because we are closing," (in a rude voice) and my friend who had barely eaten her pizza, had pack up her meal. I understand that employees do no like staying after hours, but you should NEVER tell a customer they need to leave before the store is actually closed. Not to mention, even after the store closed, where I work we would NEVER kick out any customer. ESPECIALLY after they PAID for that meal, and just because we had slow service, shouldn't mean that we should be kicked out immediately after the restaurant closed.



When I was a student at K-state, I always went to Pizza shuttle for their fun college atmosphere and good customer service. However, things have severely gone down hill. I can no longer relate pizza shuttle to Manhattan; from this experience. Things have changed. I would never recommend my friends to go there ever again. After all, I've only spent 100's of dollars there from late night orders. Don't worry, you won't get a penny more from me.

Just okay.... There is definitely much better Pizza out there.

It tastes good, it's fast, and most importantly: it's cheap. This is by far the best pizza deal in Manhattan and that is very important when you are a poor college student like me.
