We will be involved in your project from design to construction completion. We work with you to design the solution that's best for you. We can provide a computer generated 3-D animation to help you better visualize your completed project. Plans, drawings and permits prepared as needed. We can also provide guidance if you choose to do any portion of the project yourself. We are not finished until you are satisfied. All work is guaranteed in writing for one full year from project completion. References furnished upon request. Free written estimates are gladly provided. Our estimates are based on nationally accepted material costs and labor rates adjusted for our region. There is never a middle man so you pay rock bottom prices. We charge by the project not by the hour so we do the job right even if it takes more time. Estimates are itemized for each phase of your project so you know exactly what you are paying for. We work hard to minimize the disruption typical with home renovation. We will cover or mask adjacent areas to contain dust, dirt and debris. We are fully insured against inadvertent damage to your home. Construction is not finished until you are satisfied. All work is guaranteed in writing for one full year from date of completion.

        Answered Prayer--Great Quality Work

        Jim recently completed several renovation projects for us--completion of an entire room, installation of laminate flooring, and installation of electrical circuits/wiring/outlets. The room completion includes everything--putting in walls, ceiling, pull-down attic door, door and window frames, flooring, electrical, and paint. Jim's work is of top quality; his pricing is competitive, and best of all, Jim is reliable, honest, responsive, thoughtful, and pays great attention to details. We are thankful to have found Jim for our projects, and he has been an answered prayer. We look forward to working with Jim on many of our other projects.
