Engel HVAC

Engel is only a contractor. He is only a middle man and not even a parts person. he hooks like in your case up another contractor to call you and provide the work. I think possibly your Builder may have snow balled you. I have ZERO affiliation with Engel just know how the service works. I used it and had no problems.

Engel sold a Trane Heat Pump to my builder as a new unit in Dec of 2013. While the unit may have not been used it was manufactured in December of 2007 as was more than 6 years old when it was installed.
