Uncle Bill's Pancake & Dinner

We Came to Uncle Bills one night after work with party of roughly 18. We came expecting nothing less than customer service with a smile thats not what we got I used to work in the Food Service Industry so I understand that a party of 18 is a lot of work. In most other established restaurants we have gone to Ihop, Red Lobster,Etc They will have 2 waiters working the table not so at this uncle bills. The waitress was very rude she got an attitude with one of my coworkers , the food wasn't cooked when she brought the food to my associate so she asked if it could be redone the Waitress proceeded to snatch the plate from her and gave her a nasty look. Then Brought the food back in a obviously dirty plate. After that incident the waitress never came back until we got up the leave not to check glasses or anything. The Manager on duty did not seem to care about the service only that we had paid.

We arrived approx at 11pm . We had called ahead to allow them to prepare for our arrival. Just when we arrived a teenage college group came the restaurant assumed it was us and gave them our table for eighteen. They prepared a new area rather quickly.It was as if the staff was not in the mood for a second large group and they were extremely rude, impatient and out right the worst case of bad service in a long time. We intentional came to the Uncle Bills in Balwin for service as well as atmosphere by choosing the location we did instead of S Kingshighway. It was a bad evening one we will not return again.
