I had my fence and deck put in about fifteen months ago by Custom Fence and they exceed my expectations. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome of our fence and deck! Custom had the best quote around with significant price differences! Their employees were friendly, timely, extremely informative and they cleaned up their mess!!! ( I have had many contractors while renovating come and leave tools or their lunch wrappers around my house so I was SUPER pleased by this)
One of my latches started coming loose on the gate and I called the company and within 48 hours they sent someone out and it was fixed.

I will defiantly be giving their name to all my friends and family! If you want a good fence and a company you can trust choose Custom!

My fence is falling apart and its only been 10 months. I called Custom Fence several times before someone returned my call. Bottom line is that even with a 2 year warranty they do not cover materials even though Section 1 of the warranty states a 2 year coverage on "materials" and labor. Section 8 completely reverses that coverage which is odd and its what they use at their defense. How do you offer a warranty that COVERS NOTHING? I spent a lot of money on this fence and a fifth of it is falling away and warping. I will not recommend this company to friends and family any longer.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORK!! Fence started to fall apart after a few months and NO ONE ever came out to fix it or at least look at it after countless phone calls. The most I got out of them is "you're lucky we even answer the phone"! Don't USE THEM! There are many other companies out there that are willing to give you a good product and service! Don't waste your time with these unprofessional crooks!

Custom Fence & Repair is GREAT! They gave me an estimate with him 48 hours of me calling then had the workers out the next week. Jim and Keith are the nicest owners I have ever meant! They also care about your project!! I have never been so excited about my fence but it looks absolutley amazing!!
