Something New Hair Design

Olga did my hair and makeup for a wedding that I was in. I have never felt more exquisite looking before in my life! I shined as a bridesmaid and it's all thanks to her and staff for assisting her!

I love this place, I did my hair and my nails. The girls were very helpful and nice, they answered all of my questions and did a very good job :)

I would totally recommend this this place to anybody... I'm coming back for a facial next time too :)

Butchered my hair. Completely destroyed it. Cut it into a million short choppy pieces. Like previous reviewer stated, due to lighting you can't see how bad it is till you get home. I had long hair, now I have a short uneven choppy mullet. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your hair and your money and go else where. Tried to call owner and she wouldn't get on phone or call me back. This place is the worst hair salon I've ever been to.

I went to this salon yesterday and the stylist was very nice. She colored my hair and I believe 45 minutes is too long to keep color in. She also cut my hair. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. The lighting is very different in the salons. I came home and when I looked in the mirror I was horrified! I have short hair but now it's way short. The right side is at least 3 inches shorter than the left. The hair is above my ear. On the left sides it is below my ear. She butchered my bangs. So uneven. I can't do anything about it until the right side grows. I honestly thought it was ok until I got home. I believe the stylist was inexperienced. I do not recommend this place at all!

I went here today for the first time simply because I saw them on Groupon and the salon is so close to my job. After Googling the place, I saw mixed reviews, but mostly good or decent. I called yesterday to make the appointment and the woman on the phone (Diane? I believe) was extremely nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. When I walked in today, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor of the place. Marina was my stylist. She was INCREDIBLE! Extremely knowledgable, friendly, and outgoing. Not only did she answer all of my questions along the way, but she made conversation with me to break the ice and build rapport. I got a full set of blonde highlights, deep conditioning, a cut, and a blow out. Not only was Marina amazing, but my hair turned out PERFECTLY! I HIGHLY recommend Something New, and ESPECIALLY Marina! I will definitely be a repeat client! Thank you Something New and Marina! =)

I took a chance on this salon after seeing them on Groupon. Needless to say, I was SUPER nervous since I don't like taking chances with my hair. But I'm SO happy I did. I'm beyond thrilled with the results by Irina- color (ombre), cut, and blow out. Plus all the women at this salon are incredibly nice. From now on this will be my go to salon. So relieved I found someone I can trust with my hair. Definitely take a chance on Something New!

I come to salon every week to get my hair and nails done. I am very happy with the service and always get a lot of compliments how good my hair and nails are.

Their prices don't match their services at all.They give you coffee and doughnuts, talk nicely to you, but the result what I got was outrageous. They cannot do haircolor at all. Plus to that I got absolutely different hair color then I wanted, my hair was completely damaged.It took quite some time and money for me to repair it. Later on I went to another hair salon where they did a great job on my hair for much cheaper price.
