This review is a gross exageration of the facts. We have been in business since 1982 and have always prided ourselves on our customer relations. In the twenty nine years we have been in business we have never hung up on a customer. We do not take the money and run, obviously if this were true we would not still be in business after all these years. This individual does not give his name which leads me to believe that this exageration of the facts is an attempt to discredit our company for some other personal reason. If this person would contact me directly I would be more than happy to review their issues and do whatever I can within reason to satisfy them. When an individual does not give their name when posting a review I don't think they have much credibility.
