James E Kidder & Son Roofing

My roof was fixed two years ago by this company. This past week it rained and our roof leaked in our sons room. We contacted the business about a warranty 3 days ago. They said they would send someone out the next day to come look at it. They never came. We called the next day 3 different times and they never answered our phone call. When I called from another number they answered immediately. When I asked when they were coming they said they were sorry, that they were backed up due to illness and it would be tomorrow. We waited all day and never even received a phone call. It is now sunday and we have yet to hear from them. They will not answer their phone. This is ridiculous.
