Express Junk Removal Malibu

I was moving and needed to empty out several years of collected junk from our garage and attic. They responded quickly to my initial contact and once we set a mutually convenient time, the haulers arrived and filled the truck with our junk. They worked quickly without complaint or comment and left the place clean and spacious for us. Job well done and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Called to have an old washing machine taken out from the garage and disposed off. Very simple, fast, and cheap with the pricing. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a very simple order placed to come down, dismantle and haul away some moving boxes and packing peanuts. I'm also happy they believe in our green policy such as recycling! Will use again for next time

I'll be honest when I say that cleaning up is not my forte. I'm a busy mom and don't have time to keep it with the garage or the basement. Luckily when a co-worker of mine told me she had her backyard done, I snagged a business card from her and called Express. I wanna personally thank Ria for being so sweet and helpful when setting up our appointment. They had the most polite and prompt haulers who went up and down several rounds off loading all this junk i didnt even know existed in my house!

I needed to have a king sized bed removed from my condo on the second floor for a new mattress that was coming in, so I called in the guys at Express and they were able to see me that very day. My service was so "Express" it only took 30 minutes to complete the job, and i paid a fraction of the average cost.

I've been a current customer for the last 5 years now. I don't normally give out reviews, but the outstanding customer service I've received to date has obligated me to sign up with Yellow Pages and leave a review for these guys. Very welcoming and friendly sales reps. You have lovely girls such as Ria or Mary picking up the phones and assisting us with everything we need. Their Manager, takes the liberty of ensuring that myself and the other contractors of our company are well taken care of when it comes to any construction trash we need hauled away for our many projects in the bay area The haulers are always here in a timely matter, and the price is just right. I look forward to the next 10 years of business I will be doing with them.

Where do you find amazing customer service like this anymore? I almost feel like I’m under paying these guys sometimes with the reasonable pricing they offer!!! I’ve recommended their services to all my friends and family. You should too!

I had just moved to Zuma, and finding service for dumpsters to my area is always a problem. (for whatever reason), so then i turned to a professional junk removal team to throw away my moving crud and junk from the driveway and I found Express. I spoke to some guy named Herbie. Thanks to him I'll be calling more often when I've got crap to get rid of. They're pretty cheap considering the extensive work they're willing to do.

Because of all their nice reviews I gave them a call. I'm sure glad I did, because they did not disappoint expectations either. I had some carpeting and padding that needed to get pulled out from a few bedrooms. When the guys arrived, they certainly came with a "let's get down to business" attitude and professionalism. Carpets were cleanly pulled, no damage to any of the interior fabrics, and was done speedily! Kudos to them, I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.

Simply, wow! I had these guys come into my workplace to remove old computers and office furniture. They came the same day I called and did a great job. Considering the fact that we had a full truck worth of junk the guys were chipper and helpful. Definitely will use this company again.

These guys are professional and licensed, not like a lot of other companies. Some just try to scam you and take advantage of you. They are indeed a trusted company who will go all miles just to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase!!

I’ve tried other companies in the past, but none of them compared to these guys. I doubt you will find customer service like this from anywhere else…

My wife and I have three kids, we work a full-time job, and there was at least 4 years worth of clutter accumulating the my closet, from Christmas decorations to old toys, it all had to go. Once we started noticing how much of a nuisance it was just to keep the closet door closed, I went online and found these guys. Their website was easy to use, and I had someone call me within 30 minutes to give me a quote and I was actually scheduled that same day. I didn’t even have to take it all out and put it on a pile, the guys came, followed the simple instructions and next thing I knew, my closet was completely rid of all the junk. We're happy.

I would definitely recommend this company. The guys were extremely helpful and professional. They arrived early at the storage facility where my belongings were stored, got all of it out quickly, and moved and assembled all of the pieces back into my new apartment. They're easy to do business with and a great service to be aware of! I'd definitely use them time and time again!

Awesome Job Guys !!!! I really needed this service done and they were a lifesaver. I highly recommend the company and the great staff they have.

Could not make pickup on the scheduled day due to driver running behind schedule. Then was hours late again to the rescheduled appointment the next day. When speaking to the driver on the phone, the driver explained that he was not in Malibu despite the advertisement that this is a company local to and specializing in junk removal for Malibu. After talking with us on the phone, the driver got lost trying to find our home in Malibu.



When the driver arrived, he would only remove our old couch if given significantly more than the price that had originally been quoted on the phone, making the price more than the quoted and confirmed price from another competing junk removal company. We had chosen Express Junk Removal because the originally quoted prices were similar, and we wanted to give our money to support a local business.



Finally, when we called to complain about this bait and switch, it took two days to reach a supervisor, and the supervisor refused to give a refund for the increase in price.
