They are awful they don’t care about their customers. Mendy the salesman he’s not a man of his word. When I called and placed an order for a new refrigerator I was told it was going to be delivered on a Thursday and when it was not delivered the reason Mendy gave me was it’s out of his control and the best they could do was deliver it on Monday. Mendy told me if I didn’t like that I could just cancel the order! I would never ever order another thing from World of Appliances:( they are very unprofessional and don’t care one bit about their customers.
