Diamond Living

We've had similar issues with Diamond Living. Our laminate flooring which looks like crap in many areas has several areas were the floors planks have started to delaminate. We've had reps come out, installers come out and a independent surveyor of which they say is fine, but look it looks horrible. This is after only 6 months of being in our house. They've fixed some, and came out again and fixed more but we now 2 years later it's still doing it on other planks. This is a horrible product both the installer and DL.

This floor sucks! Yes, indeed it is beginning to bubble. The product is sold as a COMMERCIAL laminate high shine/piano finish floor. It shows dust,footprints, slipper marks.... you name it! I only use BONA floor cleaner as the manufacturer suggests, and it looks like the floor is 25 yrs old, when in fact, its 2 yrs old! I have to do my floors everyday and have actually torn my rotator cuff from having to clean my floors all the time. I am contacting the manufacturers rep tomorrow... and if we don't get what they promise... will seek legal counsel. THEY can rip it up and keep it! BTW ... it cost me 2600.00 in materials... NOT including labor to install. RUN!!! don't be fooled by they're promises. BTW... I had to choose a rating, but would not even give it 1 star....

I give this company one star, which is a generous rating. We purchased a laminate product from a flooring store, Carpet One Plus in Madison WI in fall of 2010. The flooring began to delaminate and bubble at the seams immediately, and continues to self destruct to this day. We have contacted both the store & Diamond Living on numerous occassions and they have sent a rep to our home 3 times to take photos. To date neither the store or Diamond has honored the warranty provided on this commercial grade laminate. The warranty they provide is as worthless as the product. Buyer beware...just because a product has a warranty doesn't mean this company will honor it.
