Century Foundation Co only uses drilled bell bottom piers drilled to engineer specs and aproved by engineer before concrete is put in place. Century Foundation Co repairs block and base foundations to engineer specs for resale. Century Foundation Co installes sub surface drains to prevent water shear under slab that creates a heave in slab. Century Foundation Co installs retaining walls. Century also installs disposal wells and skid piers to prevent slab slipage. Century Foundation Co offers a lifetme transferable warranty to owner or owners. The warranty is on the slab and there is no need to call and pay a transfer warranty fee as most other companys do. Century offers free inspections to home owners and real estate agents. Excellent business Company saves you money. Drilled piers very deep and used lots of of concrete to fill shafts. Foundation leveled out amazing.
They never really fixed my foundation. I had Paul out 4 times and he kept blaming me for the movement of the foundation. Now after they have gone out of business, I am stuck with hiring another company to fix what Century never did. 7000$ wasted!!
Don't go with small companies. Stick with the big ones so your warranty will not be affected by the business' longevity.
The owner, Paul Rushing is so knowledgable and efficient. He was on time and reliable. He is also friendly and educated me about structural components. I highly recommend his expertise to all my clients.
