Initially went to the store looking for a snow blade for my mower, but Rick took the time to hear my thoughts, analyzed my driveway (pulled up satelite google maps) and came up with an even better solution. I'm very happy with the new very powerful and very fast snow blower he recommended. Finally got a chance to try it with the recent heavy/wet snow. Worked just like he said it would. Very happy with his knowledge, the personal time he took to sell me something that would work for my needs, and the speed at which his team got the equipment ready. It was delivered to my door even faster than promised. I highly recommend this store.

My husband tried to buy a part from the Madison store for our riding lawn mower but the part he was sold did not go to our lawnmower. When my husband called after coming home and realizing it didn't fit he was told they didn't know what he had been sold but he was told it wasn't their problem. No refunds even if it's their error. So don't expect them to sell you the correct parts or make good on it once they sell you the incorrect parts. You'll just be out the money and need to go somewhere else anyway. We spent $100 for nothing.
