        Singing Rooster Haitian Mountain Bleu Coffee strives to decimate poverty in Haiti by developing an economic infrastructure based, in part, on coffee. Our coffee is natural; natural crops mean a better coffee, a better environment. Our Haitian Mountain Bleu roast comes from the same type of coffee plant & is grown in a similar region as the wildly successful Jamaican Blue bean - but at a fraction of the price. Mountain Bleu roast is rich & somewhat sweet; cool nights at high altitudes produce gentle & FLAVORFUL coffees! Haitian bleu coffee growers hand pick coffee cherries, using shade-grown farming methods and wet processing techniques to yield these unique blue-green colored beans. Haitian bleu coffee beans are traded fairly, playing an important role in the livelihood of Haitian coffee farmers. Haitian bleu retailers and those who buy Haiti coffee are helping support one of the poorest populations in the Western Hemisphere. We currently offer coffee beans and ground coffee - both regular AND DECAF. We ship beans from Haiti to the U.S. for roasting; we roast beans locally every 2 months to provide FRESH and EXCELLENT tasting coffee.
