I recently spent 2 years at an apartment Gorham St. During my stay there I paid for parking every month that I lived there. Last August I received a parking ticket because I did not have my pass posted. I talked to the Police department about it, after I had discussed it with them I looked online for the posted ticket. It did not come up during a search, assuming that since I paid for parking this ticket was dismissed I moved on with my life. Sometime later I received notice that my license had been suspended due to the unpaid parking ticket. I talked to the Police Department again and they said they required a letter from JSM that stated the ticket was issued in error, and the ticket could be dismissed. All the effort required on the part of JSM would have been as follows. On company letterhead a note.



"Ticket XXXXX was issued in error as this tenant paid for parking at the time the ticket was issued."

JSM would not provide this.I ended up paying a ticket so that my license would not be suspended. Way to look out JSM!!!

From having mice the whole TWO years of renting to ridiculous charges ranging from $35-100, this place is the ultimate worst. Their customer service is a joke and the apartment itself is way overpriced for what you get. STAY AWAY!!
