Electronic Express

I spent almost one thousand dollars on equipment from here. I had a problem with my warranty. Brandon Hall the store manager told me that he would look into it and call me back on Monday. He did not. I called Tuesday. He refuses to come to phone. Worst customer service ever. My advice is don't believe a thing they say. I will never buy from here again. If I were you I would not do business with Brandon Hall or Electronics Express.

Worst experience is getting a stereo and speakers put in. Where do I start? First I like to say that I had no problems with my windows prior to having speakers installed. In fact, my husband had all 4 windows down when he pulled up to drop my car off. When I went to pick my car up and pay for installment, nothing was said to me about my window. I paid for it and walked out. I got in my car and rolled the window down and it popped. I was scared because I didn't know what was wrong, so I rolled it back up and it didn't roll back properly. I knew then the window had gotten off track with the installment. So I drove back to a parking spot and went in and told the guy standing close to the door, that my window was off track. At that point, is when he said “yeah the tech said something about your window being messed up." I was like, well I have been driving the car for 4 yrs. and I haven't had one problem till this. I took back the next day and again went to pick it up and same thing happened. Of course, I got scammed into signing off the pickup form and it didn't have any writing on it about the window. I think they wrote on it on Saturday when I returned it. But either way they won't fix, and haven't offered to do so. My husband was able to finally talk to someone hire up but all he wanted is for us to take it to another Electronic express. MY DAMN WINDOW NEEDS TO BE FIXED AT A GARAGE, NOT TAKEN TO ANOTHER E.E. I don't plan on EVER buying anything from here again and I would advise everyone else not to. I can't go thru drive thru anywhere because I can't roll my window down. It's driver side. Jerks

me and my wife thought we was buying a brand new computer but we wasnt. the guy that sold it to us never said any thing about it being referbished ever sence we got it weve had nothing but problems with it and the only thing they say they can do about it is replace it with another referbished computer
