I called these people to come and unhook my gas stove when I was having a floor put in, and also to check my gas fireplace...they promised to be here first thing in the morning, but never showed up.

As mine was a minor issue, I was able to schedule for next day. The guys came out and took care of the problem and everything is working great now. I will recommend these guys.

Very knowledgeable & excellent work. I had in-line hot water heater installed in the attic to replace old "traditional" style water heater. Phil was very knowlegeable about the pros and cons of the different types of water heaters, knew what I needed (brand and capacity), how it needed to be installed since different from current, reviewed how to maintain for best performance, etc. He also came when promised, charged as estimated, and left area cleaner than how he found it. They will be my plumber of choice for future needs and I have already recommended to a friend. - Beth
