        Overall

        My one experience was very positive. Same day as I called a tech was out. They found the problem and repaired my washer in 30 minutes. I think the total was fair (part + tax, in house visit fee, labor). I'm cheap and wold have loved a smaller bill, but it was less than a new washer. And yes, no CCs. Cash or check only FYI.
