Hertz Car Sales

By far the worse rental car experience I've ever had. I rented a vehicle while I was having some repair work done on mine after a minor fender bender . I was picked up from a local collision center by an employee. During the drive to the Hertz location, said employee pulls out his phone and begins to text while he is driving. This greatly impaired his ability to drive. After being in one wreck already, the last thing that I wanted was to be at the mercy of someone who clearly has no regard for safety. Once we arrived at the Hertz location, I was given what I can only describe as a scratch and dent rental. Everywhere that there could have been a scratch, or ding, there was one. The inside of the car was dirty. The seats were heavily stained and the car had a closed up, stale smell. They didn't even attempt to wash the car before they released it to me. I will never rent from Hertz again!
