        POOR to no customer service. ...

        POOR to no customer service. We are still waiting for our replacement love seat recliner after it was reported in March and the owner came and confirmed it was a defect covered under warranty. If We could we would give a negative 10 star rating as they will not even return our calls and the owner is 'not her right now' when we stop at the store. We are unable to even use this love seat as the defect causes you to tip to the center. Cheap name brand rip off is what they sell at Furniture Town, on Cleveland Ave, in Madera, CA.
