        Overall

        This lady saved us on what was truly a day from H*ll! We had a car break down in the middle of nowhere and after trying multiple solutions and locations, she agreed to wait for us to get to her for an auto transport. She stated she closes at 4 but was willing to wait for us to get there. After all was said & done and 2 trips to the auto parts store to get the right hitch we finally left at 5pm. She was very kind and patient during the whole process & even gave our daughters some drinks she had in the office. We can not thank her enough for the blessing she was to us that day. Customer service was outstanding, beyond above and beyond!
