1. Waiting for some one to answer is like waiting on funeral to pass by! 2. While u r on hold recording. Keeps repeating customer servive rep will be w~ u! 3. While iam on hold that long why not give prices or valuable info! 4. How can I person go to lunch 1130am and their is no one else to answer the calls5. Manager is off! How u be business and work with public and no ones knows anything= wow! That killed trying to handled your phone calls while on break @ work. I called aok the 1st time and they gave me info within2~3 minutes.$48.00 for 3months. Is wasn't like I was trying to buy new car! Omg! Who has time to waste on trying to get trash services and called 3x's. Each no answered for residential services hung up after 8~10 mins hold time! I'm quite sure they make enough money to hire ppl to answer phones/ custmer service. But 1 person goes 2 lunch and holds up everything! Wtf! Also y not say we are lunch during the times bad service at the beginning. I can imagine what it be like if I had a complaint if I got service!no!no! No! I want try them!

rate 0 i called for new trash can,over 4 months ago still have not rvcd one.called again no help.i will be changing my service.
