Dr. Kinnard was so kind when our cat, Bubba, was attacked by dogs. He dropped what he was doing and rushed to meet us at his office. Sadly, our kitty had already died, as the dog had crushed his chest -- nothing could have been done to save him. I was a sobbing mess, and Dr. Kinnard was very sweet --- offering his sincere condelences. And he charged us nothing for his time.
