Dear Ms. Hunkley,
I am the one that took your call during the height of the Jan. 27th blizzard. After taking hundreds of calls for Mr. Moe's Services, I got your distressed call. I explained to you that Mr. Moe's could NOT take on any new clients but because you were concerned about your elderly aunt, and I felt for you, I said I would try to get someone out to your property for an ESTIMATE. When I called you back, 3 days later, to confirm I could have someone out to you by 6PM, your proceeded to scream at me because it took 3 days to get you a quote. It was a very difficult time for everybody and I tried to explain to you that we had our regular clients to service before we could get to your snow removal. In between your rants of, "shut up - It's my turn to talk!", I reminded you that you were not even a client and that Mr. Moe's didn't have any agreement with you. You, once again, shouted, "Shut up!" and that you were going to go online and write a bad review...then you hung up on me. I guess it this was more important for you than getting your aunt's snow removed.

I'm with Karen.H on this one. Very inconsiderate leaves the people who were with him at the start of his business hanging and if you write a bad review and he sees you in public he will curse at you because of what you wrote. No business man com artist more like it.

Called this company on Saturday morning. Was promised someone would come out and give an estimate for snow removal that day and I would be emailed a quote the next morning on Sunday. No email and no phone call until Tuesday. Don't waste your time on this company. Only giving one start because it's impossible to give none. If things come up have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call people back.
