Duffy Electrical Co

Had electrical problems at my home. Called these people because they have been around a while. Figured being in business for an extended period of time they would have their act together. Boy was I wrong. I made an appointment number 1. No show, so I called. Gave an excuse and said he would call in a couple of hours after he gets in touch with his crew to update me. Ok, I said understandingly. Couple of hours goes by and no call. I wait an extra hour and call him. Gave another excuse and again he said he would call back in a couple of hours. Couple of hours rolls by same thing happened, no call. I wait and .... well you get the idea. This happened 4 times the first day. And get this it happened 3 times the next day. Hello? So..... finally after a TON of hassles and excuses and constant follow ups from me he gets to my home. He starts work. Half way through he says he's going to get parts. He gets them. He comes back with the wrong parts. But me being an understanding guy I say ok make these wrong parts work as best you can. He starts work. He finishes. We pay. He leaves. An hour later I notices he wired the parts wrong. They weren't functioning as they should. Call him back and have to go the the chase down episode mentioned above. A couple days later he comes back. Rewires it. FINALLY it works. Was it worth all the hassle? Absolutely not. My advice, steer clear. Their conduct stated above indicates that they are not professional like they were many years ago. These are the younger generation taking over for the professional older generation.
