I can only give this practice the highest ratings. Dr. Rank is extremely caring and competent. The staff is exceptionally friendly and cooperation. I recommend this family practice to all who want excellent care.

Dr. Rank has gone beyond the call of duty to care for my family. He personally calls us to deliver lab results, and has called our family on occasion with concerns we have had. I have never had a family physician take the out of his day to personally call us back. I highly recommend Dr. Rank and his entire team. They are excellent.

Jennifer Rank controls everything that happens in the practice and she is a new nurse graduate. She impersonates herself as a MD so beware! Make sure you are not examined by her...the flip flops will give her away ;) Her father, Dr Rank, can't make any decision without her. So very odd!!!

Since Dr. Podosek retired, it has gone down hill. Our mom was not given a Dr. but a paraprofessional. They did not attend to a problem with mom's meds which lead to her not receiving then on time. Avoid them like the plague.

Dr. Rank is the best. I recommend him to my friends and family because he is a good doctor and he helped my shoulder pain. I like the office and the staff. His nurse is very friendly and caring.

I was dismissed cause my health issues are too much n wont even treat me for a cold!! Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent primary care physician as this place has really gone down hill n tbey use outdated tests n accuse you of abusing meds!

I have a serious connective tissue disease. Dr. gave me a prescription for Ambien for insomnia. Strange things started to happen. I was accused by family of abusing my. meds, drinking, or losing my mind. The police followed me to the library because I was driving erratically, they had me checked out by the EMTs. I was convinced someone was stealing my pain pills, bought a safe. One day found my pain pills scattered all over my bedroom like grass. seeds. During last year's snow storm 3 people called and told me not to go out, .I had no memory of any of this. Went out broke my ankle in 4 places. Summit for rehab a doctor said no Ambien. very dangerous. I discovered that I was having multiple black outs an hour!!! In the middle of all this my Dr. jumped to the wrong conclusion and thought I was selling or taking my pain pills wrong and kicked me out of the practice. He prescribed them!!. I do not have a decent doctor , my multiple medical issues are going to kill me

Fixed my problems but that is what doctors do. The worst customer service and it felt like I was just pushed through the line. Here is the medicine and here is the bill. Now leave so we can get the next payment in. I agree will the first review. Seemed to only care about the dollar on the other end and not the people needing help. Definitely will not be going back.
