General Contractors use our services for constructing thermal envelopes in residential and commercial construction. Guided by the latest building science available, we install the most appropriate types of insulation and air barrier materials to best meet the needs and budgets of each project. We also provide waterproofing for new residential construction.

        Overall

        I have a hard time thinking of how else Nelligan could have accommodated us. They really did an excellent job. I have no complaints I was very happy with their service.

        I would highly recommend Nelligan Insulation. They always return our calls and I can get a hold of them at any time. Our experience with them overall has been just excellent; they are great.

        The communication level Nelligan Insulation provides is very good. I had our contractors cellphone number and could contact him directly any time. they even went above and beyond to give me an additional person on his staffs number just in case.
