I had neighbors doing illegal drugs and threatening me. No smoking is in the lease and that witnessed it. They did nothing. I ended up moving.

I've lived in one of the properties for 3yrs. Any issue I have called about someone is her WITHIN 48 hrs and its fixed right...the first time. Love this place and their service

In my experience this is not a good company to rent from. They do not provide good customer service. They do not put forth the effort to do quality work with presented with issues.

Hill City was my property management company through November 2014-November 2015. We had a leaking roof at our property and we were informed. I told them to send a repair man out. I called them before they closed for the day to ask them if they were able to fix the roof and they said they did not have anyone to send out. They should have let me know early enough to send my own repair person out. Also,***I asked to see the lease. A property manager should be acting on behalf of the owner, which is me. They told me that I could not have a copy of my lease. They said it was a contract between Hill City Rental and the tenants. This is my property, not Hill City Rentals. We were also told by Hill City Rentals that they work for the tenants and not us. We asked them what their services are and she said they collect the money. My contract says otherwise!!!! DO NOT USE this company as your property managers. They said they did a "walk through" with the house and said everything was fine. I went back through myself and found several damages. They just deposited 200.00 of the security deposit in my account without giving me a list of what that will cover. The tenants left the house very, very dirty. 200.00 will not even cover cleaning the house, much less the damages.
