        Overall

        I had a great experience with this florist. GORGEOUS roses that lasted for weeks, and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. We will absolutely be ordering from Tiger Lilli's again.

        Buy from another florist. They do not deliver what is pictured on their website. They substitute less expensive flowers and different colors. They do not provide refunds if you are not satisfied. If you send the flowers to someone else. how would you know if they are getting what you paid for. Do not do business with them. No flowers in store when returning flowers and refused refund.
