HAIR A Men and Women's Salon

I have been going to Hair since it opened and I consider myself a high maintenance customer especially when it comes to my hair. I love the environment and the friendly faces but I absolutely adore my stylist Zoya. I don't know why the lady who commented earlier is so unhappy because I have only heard and experienced great things from others. Zoya is a talented master stylist, her cuts are up to date and precise as are the multi-toned highlights I just got. She definitely listens and spends the time to consult with me about what I want to do with my hair every time as I have changed my look many times over the years. She cares about the health of the hair and would never recommend a treatment that would cause more damage than good. I can't say I have seen that type of honesty too many times before.

Im sorry to say , I got my cut by a stylist name Zoya . She done a good job I was so pleased i returned to the salon . My visit this time was a night mare I ask if she could cut my hair half inch shorter same style . She keep cutting my hair off , I ask her what are you doing she said just blending it in making it look smooth. I stopped her from cutting my hair was 2 inches shorter and layered to my head .. It was a different hair style. I looked awful . I didnt like it.. I ask her why did she do this? she said it looks great.. But no it not what I ask for and I didnt think so.. Remember this is my hair .. and I went to pay . I said i didnt like or ask for this cut and was told Im sorry you dont like.. It will be 35.00 dollars.. The manager of the salon never came to talk to me .. This could be corrected by a phone call or a conversation that day .. Because why should a person leave feeling like this .. And they hope you dont come back .. How do stay in business without good customer service?/? Just care...

Wonderful staff, great stylists, very clean shop, top of the line products.
